Shipping & Returns
Shopping online can sometimes be tough and we know that not all items will fit! We want to make returns/exchanges as easy as possible so please read the return policy before returning or exchanging an item.

The following CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Discounted items (any/all SALE items including FLASH SALES)
- Hair accessories or hats
- Gift cards
All purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
All returned/exchanged items must be unworn, with all tags attached, or in original box.
- If purchasing shoes, we recommend trying them on in a carpeted area to ensure that they do not become worn on the bottom. If they look worn you will not be refunded and the shoes will be returned to you.
Returns/Exchanges postmarked within 14 days of shipment are eligible for return or exchange.
Because of the limited quantity of each item, we cannot offer a direct exchange due to the fact that the item you are trying to exchange may be unavailable by the time your return reaches us.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, either:
- Reorder the item in the correct size, color, or style needed; then send back the original item with the Merchandise Return Form completed within 14 days of postmark. Once we receive your returned item (unworn with tags attached) you will be refunded in the original payment form. If the returned item does not meet the policy criteria it will be sent back to you.
- Send back the item to be returned indicating Store Credit to exchange on the Merchandise Return Form. Once the item has been received by us we will email you a Store Credit Code for the amount of the original order. You may then reorder the item in the correct size, color, or style.
Return form will be included in every package. Please fill out the form and include in package for return.

We will provide you an exchange if requested OR a refund within 5 business days, once we have received your return!
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned NOT in original condition will be returned to purchaser and purchaser will be charged for cost of return shipping.
If merchandise received is defected, please contact Sage Threads & Co. promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds must be done within the 14 day policy.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit.
All items are sent USPS and are uninsured. Sage Threads & Co. is not responsible for items lost in the mail or stolen items.
For In-Store Pickup, choose the option "No Shipping" at checkout.
